1:1 Mentoring for Personal & Relationship Transformation

This is not your usual talk therapy — though it will include some talk therapy. Expect a week by week schedule with activities including: therapeutic sessions, visualizations and meditative experiencing, dream work, relational practices, reading & writing, embodiment exercises, art, sound, movement and group work. How My Personal Programs Work

1. Application & Intro Call: Complete the application below. Your commitment is key — the application is the first step in turning your energy toward lasting transformation. Once received, we’ll schedule a short call to make sure it’s a good fit. I won’t work with you if I don’t think I can make a big difference in your life. If you decide to go ahead, there will be a more detailed questionnaire before our first call.

2. Attunement Analysis & First Session: A 90 minute Zoom call to attune our energy and establish the foundational teachings that facilitate your transformation. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately to start bringing embodied presence to your life — and you’ll have your first experience feeling through your personal Self-Possession Quotient.

3. Your Custom Plan: After our call I design a custom plan to support your transformation goals and connect you most deeply with your higher Self — on a timeline that meets your needs with a schedule you can manage. You’ll have the opportunity to self-assess at the outset and after our time together, so you can track your progress. IMPORTANT: My programs require you to do things outside of your regular comfortable patterns of behavior — this is necessary to make real change in your life. I provide you with tools to regulate your nervous system and manage the discomfort as it arises. You get some input into your plan, mostly around timing and aesthetic preferences.

4. Personal Guidance & Follow-Up: You work your plan, week over week, with private access to me throughout by text, phone or email (Whatsapp or Messenger). Scheduled video calls take about an hour, and your plan might include calls beyond those listed below.

A Reason one scheduled call during your transformation, and one follow up call
A Season — at least one scheduled call per month throughout your transformation, plus follow-up
A “Lifetime” — at least one scheduled call per month throughout your transformation, plus follow-up

Please note that our relationship doesn’t have to end just once your transformation is “complete” — I am a real person and you can contact me anytime. I love to hear how things are going for you, and I’m always here to support you as best I can throughout your journey.
